Nic Darling

Director of Digital Strategy

Nic Darling is the Director of Digital Strategy for the MLSPA. In this role he is primarily responsible for elevating the Association brand, amplifying the influence of the players, managing the organization’s IT infrastructure and facilitating internal communications.

Nic’s previous work was largely in the startup space with projects ranging from real estate development to ultimate frisbee. Over the course of the past 15 years, Nic was a founding member of three companies and an advisor to several others. In each company he took a lead role in marketing, branding and communications, and he specialized in growing and monetizing organizational reach and influence.

Nic is a graduate of Syracuse University, and in addition to his work as an entrepreneur, he has taught, coached and worked as a professional writer.
