Juan Cabezas

Juan Cabezas serves as a Player Relations Manager for the MLSPA. His role is to consistently engage with players league-wide, with a focused effort on Spanish-speaking individuals, utilizing his international perspective and firsthand insights to bolster MLSPA’s reach among global players.

A Colombian native, Juan played professional soccer from 2008-2023 for several teams in Colombia, MLS , USL, and represented Colombia in the 2011 U-20 World Cup. During his time in USL, Juan played an integral role in expanding the USLPA’s reach and fostering communication with the international player pool.

Juan is currently pursuing his Associate's Degree in Business Administration at Bellevue University as well as his B license in coaching at USSF.
