Connor Ford

Connor Ford serves as the Director of Player Programs for the MLSPA. His responsibilities include creating partnerships and implementing programs and resources related to career development, continuing education, financial literacy, and more to help players accomplish their goals and ultimately transition successfully into new opportunities beyond the field.

Prior to joining the MLSPA, Connor served in multiple roles at the NFLPA over a 10-year span. He focused on career development programming, including overseeing the NFLPA Externship, and helped build the NFLPA's first-ever Rookie Onboarding Program.

Originally from Massachusetts, Connor currently resides in Baltimore, MD. He graduated from Liberty University and also serves in several volunteer capacities with 10:12 Sports, a non-profit focused on youth and community development through sports in West Baltimore.
