Bridgette Burch

Bridgette is the Operations Manager for the MLSPA. She works closely with the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer on a range of internal operational activities and initiatives spanning human capital management, organizational efficiency, and special projects to further support and strengthen the PA’s mission.

Bridgette has a B.S. in Business Management. She is a United States Navy veteran with a diverse professional background that includes more than 15 years in legislative government, 6 years as a radio personality, and most recently working in operations and human resources for a technology company in the Northern Virginia area.

Bridgette is passionate about helping others. Her past volunteer efforts with The Junior League of Jacksonville, The Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program, and sickle cell disease foundations, have reminded her in present life, to always find a way to give back or lend a helping hand.
