Victor Ulloa is a midfielder for Inter Miami CF after being traded to the expansion club from FC Cincinnati.
After being born in Chihuahua, Mexico, Victor was raised in the DFW Metroplex where he became a Homegrown for FC Dallas. He went on to spend eight season with the club and became the team's first homegrown player to log more than 2,000 minutes in a single season (2014).
Victor was elected to serve on the MLS Players Association's Executive Board in 2020.
