Jacob has played for five teams during the course of his MLS career. Most recently, he featured as a forward for Atlanta United, but he has also played for Colorado, Toronto, San Jose and Kansas City. Jacob was a part of the 2013 MLS Cup winning squad and was a winner of two Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup titles.
Jacob was a semi-finalist for the Hermann trophy while at Indiana University and helped lead them to two National Championships in 2003 and 2004.
In addition to his MLS and college accomplishments, Jacob also played for the Under-17, Under-20 and Under-23 U.S. Men’s National Teams.
