Chris Klein was one of the founding members of the original MLSPA executive board where he served for six years.

Chris spent 12 years in MLS, playing for the Kansas City Wizards, Real Salt Lake and LA Galaxy from 1998-2010. In 2008, he set an MLS record with 118 consecutive starts. Prior to his professional career, he played college soccer for Indiana University.

Chris was also a member of the United States men’s national team from 2000-2006, where he made 22 appearances and scored five goals.

Currently, Chris is the President of LA Galaxy and lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife and three kids.
